  • “Working with Kate has been such a great experience. Having to organize and complete end of life wishes is often a difficult and daunting process but one that Kate has made simple and informative. Kate is very knowledgeable and compassionate and made both my husband and I very comfortable during the entire process. She breaks it down into very manageable segments and before you know it you're done with the difficult task of end of life wishes. We both feel a sense of peace knowing that everything has been addressed and that our final wishes are written down and formalized for when the time arises. Thank you again Kate for all your help and for being such a lovely person to work with. I will definitely recommend you to all my loved ones!!”

  • “I was lucky enough to work with Kate Cataldo recently to update my end-of-life wishes and documents. I had become aware the terrific educational information and beautiful and helpful messages around life & death and dying that she was putting out into the world on Instagram and through her website and newsletter, Constellations of Care. As a trained death doula myself I wanted to see how someone with more experience in the field and who was also a hospice RN would guide someone through the process of EOL planning and navigate the infinite questions and "what if's" that inevitably arise through that process. To say "I was not disappointed" is an understatement. In fact, at every turn I was so impressed at the resources and documents specific to my state and potential needs that Kate anticipated and furnished me with ahead of our meetings. I felt in such expert and competent hands as we discussed some of the more challenging scenarios where there are no "right" answers. Hers was the most well-rounded, thorough and comprehensive end-of-life planning packet I have yet encountered. Kate is as big-hearted as she is professional and capable. I can't recommend her work and guidance highly enough!”

  • “I want to say what a pleasure and blessing it was working with Kate when my mom’s condition was deteriorating. She had COPD and dementia during covid. It was a weight off my shoulders to have someone so knowledgeable there to help me navigate all the things that come up when you are focusing on caring for your family member, which is a lot. I wouldn’t have known all the resources that were available to my mom without her help. Kate also shared many special moments with my mom while helping me care for her. She has a very calming demeanor which is helpful for family members during something like this happening, and was also a very calming influence for my mom” -D.H.

  • “Kate‘s presentation on advanced directives was really great! It was well organized and structured so that all sorts of people could utilize the information. As a death worker, I was coming to get a refresher on some of the ways I can talk to my clients about filling out their own forms. I left with some new information and look forward to utilizing what I’ve learned in real life. Thanks again!”
